Las Soñadoras: A twee / 70s inspired pop band formed in 2004 that built a following online and gained popularity for their cute
fashion, cartoonish personas and unique music style. Sadly they disbanded only 5 years after being formed after the suicide attempt of one
of the members.
band brainrot got to me so i made band ocs cuz why not... mostly i made these out of anger at band fandoms and how they treat women in general while idolizing predatory guys and excusing their actions.. if that gives you any idea of where this story is going. its inspired by a lot of different stories but right now motivated by my hatred of julian koster from neutral milk hotel. fuck that guy. moral of the story never trust soulful but emotionally unavailable guys from indie bands or you will DIE!!!!

It's 2004, and Karina and her friends are really going places. They're about to release their
first album, and have plenty of shows lined up. People are interested in them,
and want to hear more. And best of all, they're catching the eye of some of their favorite bands,
seeing faces in person that decorate the walls of their recently abandoned childhood bedrooms.
But there's a reason they say not to meet your heroes. Not everyone Karina encounters has good intentions,
and as the pressures of fame and the temptations of life on the road start to get to them, it seems
like even her best friends might not be looking out for her anymore.
